We truly welcome professionals with passion and experience to join us on our journey.About the roleThe Digital Workplace Communication & Change Manager will play a central role in driving customer-focused change management activities around Digital Workplace services (such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook etc.). This will involve the orchestration of activities between various teams and stakeholders both inside Digital Workplace and across Swiss Re's various business units, to drive the successful adoption of the Digital Workplace services.Main dutiesEnsure timely, consistent and audience relevant customer communication for anything related to the Digital WorkplacePlan and develop change management activities and deliverables to ensure adoption of Digital Workplace servicesDevelop training material (e.g., virtual trainings, step by step guides, instructional videos) and deliver sessionsSupport IT product owners and their teams with end-to-end communication, change management, and training for our internal customers on a global basisUse continual improvement processes based on customer feedback to drive communication and training improvementsRequired skillsYou have a master's or bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, psychology or similarYou have sound experience - and preferably a certification - in Communication, Change Management, and/or Project ManagementYou are proficient in English to the quality of a first language (oral and written)You are a creative person that likes telling compelling stories and creating engaging visualsYou have digital dexterity, and are comfortable with explaining and simplifying complex issuesYou feel at ease to communicate across all levels of the hierarchy and have strong interpersonal skills to enable constructive collaborationYou preferably have experience working in an agile (SCRUM/Kanban) environmentYou are an experienced user of Microsoft related technologies such as Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Yammer, and Microsoft TeamsYou preferably have experience with visual design (InDesign, Photoshop)You have a minimum of 3 years work experience in the following areas:Communication: familiar with editorial processes, change management, concise and target group-oriented communicationTraining: training methodologies and training material creationIT environment: good understanding of IT processes and projectsAbout Swiss ReSwiss Re is one of the world's leading providers of reinsurance, insurance and other forms of insurance-based risk transfer, working to make the world more resilient.
