Job Responsibilities: Take care of end-to-end development of candidates over the subject Keep record of daily class attendance & monitor class progress Conduct theory & practice sessions along with field visits Submit all reports timely to center head and training delivery team Communicate timely with center manager and training delivery team Effective delivery of training both theoretical and practical Ensure 100% attendance of the batch Ensure optimum passing percentage Participate effectively in placement Guide mobilizers to enroll the right candidates Requirements: Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation skills Knowledge and ability to use different training methodologies aligned with audience profile Presentable, motivator, and good leadership skills Good people management and interpersonal skills Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques Ability to manage the full training cycle Benefits: Salary + PF + ESI
