What will you be doing?
Johnson & Johnson is seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and ambition to join our team as an SM PES Planning Associate. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a world-class company and contribute to our global planning and material management processes. As an SM PES Planning Associate, you will be the liaison between our internal JSG customers and our external manufacturing sites. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely deliveries of orders, maintaining target inventory levels, and ensuring continuity of supply to our customers.
What impact will you also have?
Follow the global monthly planning schedule cadence cycle to deliver Purchase Forecast and place Purchase Orders with our external partners (CMOs).Manage purchase orders, including timely placement in SAP, considering agreed lead times and MOQs, and ensuring on-time delivery and goods receipt.Provide mid- and long-term rolling forecasts to the supplier based on forecasts from ASN, lead times, stock levels, and pack changes monthly.Evaluate the impact of changes in demand and/or purchase orders and take necessary actions to prevent stockouts.Deliver on monthly supplier performance metrics.Support the launch of new codes and/or product transfers.Provide artwork process support for implementation.Work together with different teams within the company to ensure a seamless supply process, including Affiliate Service Management, Partnership External Supply, Quality, transportation, E2E-planners, master data team, PES, finance, procurement, AP, QA/QC, VSL, Launch Mgt, Inv Mgt, and IT.Own systems related to SM PES Planning tasks in OMP, SIDMA, Lynx, and SAP.Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a focus in Supply Chain Planning.Minimum of two years of experience in Supply Chain planning, operations, or a related field.Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence and partnership.Ability to prioritize issues and operate across teams in a cross-functional organization.Excellent collaboration skills to achieve performance improvement.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
