Your contribution: Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.Assist the sales team in entering pricing conditions into our systems accurately and efficiently.Support the team in generating and processing purchase orders in a timely manner.Coordinate forecasting activities to ensure accurate and timely sales projections.Provide back-office support for activities related to core collection, including product retrieval at the end of their lifecycle, recycling initiatives, and contributions to our circular economy efforts.Maintain and update customer databases and sales records, generate sales reports, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Required: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy.Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.Previous experience in the [industry or sector] industry.Benefits:What we offer: As a technology leader with strong brand (i.e., VARTA and OPTIMA), Clarios notably lives on the creativity, capability and satisfaction of its employees.
