At [Your Company], we're embarking on an enterprise-scale program, OneCI, to revolutionize our data products and capabilities in support of our Go To Market Strategy. Our mission is to accelerate Sanofi GBUs' commercial performance by delivering advanced customer engagement capabilities at scale.
About the Role: OneCI Product Owner
As a OneCI Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital transformation initiative. Reporting to the OneCI Product Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end product management, ensuring alignment with enterprise data and digital strategy.
Your focus will be on delivering data solutions that drive increasing business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the customer's voice, own the backlog, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and communicate their needs.
Define and prioritize the Team Backlog, maximizing value within an Agile framework.
Build, edit, and maintain the team backlog, collaborating with your team to detail stories with acceptance criteria and tests.
Accept stories as done, ensuring they meet acceptance criteria and persistent acceptance tests.
Assure quality, primarily focusing on fitness for use.
Present the product vision, highlight proposed features, and relevant milestones.
Coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners and work across teams to implement improvement stories.
