Bringing together expert and complementary brands, Mantu stands out for the breadth of its spectrum, responding to all business transformation challenges.Its activities are divided into four practices: Leadership & Advocacy, Technology, Digital Marketing & Experience, Total Talent Management.A wide range of skills, all serving a single mission: connecting and powering companies with leading teams and technology to succeed faster and sustainably.From its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, Mantu relies on a community of 11,500 talented people in more than 60 countries on 5 continents and has a turnover of 1 billion euros.Job descriptionAt Mantu, we are looking for a new procurement category manager, focused on IT procurement commodity, to complete our growing department.The ideal candidate will have several years of procurement experience, and will be highly driven by challenges, data analysis, and strategic thinking, topped with IT market knowledge.Your role:Help define commodity road map in line with group strategyCollect and advise on cross-functional corporate/business requirementsManage a team of procurement officers to deploy the strategyConduct, develop, negotiate, and close commercial contractsBe an actor in group projects and critical negotiationBe a motor of the growth of the commodity through process implementation, spend analysis, and KPI follow-upBe the main link between procurement department and stakeholdersIdeal Profile:Fluent in English; any other language is a plusProven track record of RFP management for IT categoriesGood MS Office/automation knowledgeExperience in indirect procurement field is mandatoryGreat communication and negotiation skillsA proactive person, ready to work in a fast-growing environmentAbility to influence people and work autonomously1-3 years in procurement with ideally a strong background in IT commodityMastery of Generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day activityMantu is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
