Job description At Mantu we are looking for a new procurement category manager, focused on Facility procurement commodity, to complete our growing department.The ideal candidate will have several years of procurement experience, and will be highly driven by challenges, data analysis and strategic thinking, topped with an Facility market knowledge.Your role:Help define commodity road map in line with group strategyCollect and advice on cross-functional corporate/ business requirementsManage a team of procurement officers to deploy the strategyConduct, develop, negotiate and close commercial contractsBe actor in group projects and critical negotiationBe motor of the growth of the commodity through process implementation, spend analysis and KPI follow upBe the main link between procurement department and stakeholdersIdeal Profile:Fluent in English, any other language is a plusProven track record of RFP management for Facility categoriesGood MS office / automation knowledgeExperience in indirect procurement field is mandatoryGreat communication and negotiation skillsA proactive person, ready to work in a fast-growing environmentAbility to influence people and work in autonomyprovenexperience in procurement with ideally a strong background on Facility commodityMastery of Generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.Com is a plus for improving day to day activity."
