As a Category Manager, you are a developer of the strategy of the categories we play in the Food channel while identifying opportunities in the Soft Drinks categories.You are passionate about finding opportunities in the Soft Drinks categories and keen to drive Category Expansion that isn't currently active.YOUR ROLEIn your role, you will grow the category with Category Management levers and develop Brand Plans down to the Category and sub-channel.You will create the Perfect Store Implementation: Linear, Second Exposure, ROI visibility, Assortment, and you will be responsible for monitoring KPIs and category projects.Some of the things you will do are:Build Category Management basics: Category Trends, Shopper Insights, Category Development (GPC, Formats roles, Innovation, identify consumer needs, Competition Knowledge), Planogramming Guidelines.Develop Perfect Store Implementation to ensure Sales execution.Assortment Prioritization per subchannel.ROI of PoS Implementations.Launches co-working with brands.On Shelf Stocks Control.T2T presentation.RGM Levers co-working: Price & PPA.Deep dive Sell-Out Analysis (Nielsen) & Shopper Analysis (Kantar) Reports & Presentations, Data interpretation, Market Opportunities (Category & subchannels level), Catman at maximum detail.REQUIREMENTSTypical Background:3 years managing Category Management PoV projects.High level of English.Project management to develop the Top Line through Categories.High knowledge of Market, Customers, and POS.Very high analytical level (Nielsen, Kantar, Internal and External Sales sources, Excel, PPT).Competencies:Communicative and persevering.Project organisation: Planning, high working capacity, structured, analysis, synthesis, and presentation to clients.NEXT STEPSYour application will be reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Specialist.
