RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze Sales and Novelties and provide recommendations to Regional Manager Intra DC - upload file in BEC tool / Extra DC - fill in DCS form and support Regional Manager with reports Draft delisting proposal and present it to Regional Manager - After approval, fill in delisting form Review countries' and brand's performance (Review¡ daily dashboards and fill in tracker) Distribution Centers (UK, BCN, HK, MIA) and assortment incidents. Request to MD Adjustments of Global Vendor Mapping: changes on current information, insert new vendors, brands, countries and price lists Top suppliers' meetings (BEC novelties presentation) - (Business Review) Keep Global Vendor Mapping updated: price list x vendor x purchase orgs x brands x countries x shipping channel Vendor portal accesses, issues, request adjustments on the vendor side Follow up on price approval for novelties Follow up on supply chain to make sure orders for novelties have been placed and address issues identified to MD Fill in delisting form based on Global Assortment Review and send it to each one of the Regional MD (through snow ticket) WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelor degree, entry level position Advance use of Excel Fluent in English, other languages would be considered an asset Desirable: Travel Retail experience Analytical and financial problem solving profile Expert on data extractions and interpretation across systems and regions Self-driven and reliable, works independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
