The marketplace will help expand the product and service offering, improve Customer experience, reinforce the market positioning, and create a key revenue stream.Adeo is looking for a Marketplace Catalog Analyst to support the product data optimization strategy and international expansion of the marketplace business. The position will be based in any of our offices in Lille, Paris, Milan, Lisbon, or Madrid.MISSIONThis position offers a unique opportunity to learn and gain a holistic view of our marketplace business with both a local and global perspective. You will work closely with senior managers, stakeholders, and external partners and collaborate on strategic projects (in areas including data governance, taxonomy, navigation algorithms, Seller integration, content enrichment, quality guidelines, process optimization, data performance, and automation) with a high impact on the marketplace P&L.You will have the following responsibilities:Getting a deep understanding of the internal and external variables that impact the marketplace product catalog (forecasting and planning, auditing and reporting key metrics) to identify opportunities to improve the Customer experience and grow the business.Working closely with the leadership on implementing the product catalog optimization strategy to drive best-in-class Customer experience and maximize revenue growth.Coordinating projects and initiatives in cross-functional teams across the international organization (including sales, IT, omnichannel, taxonomy, and finance teams) and communicating with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines for high visibility projects.Conducting financial analysis of the product and service selection to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or any related field from a top-tier university.Highly motivated, personal initiative, willingness to learn, and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness, and results-driven mentality for a business-focused way of thinking.Proven experience in developing original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.Highly organized and results-oriented with a high degree of ownership.Strong interpersonal and relational skills.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.English proficiency.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS4+ years previous experience in product data management in e-commerce or any related field.Other European languages.Proficiency in data tools (SQL - BigQuery, Python).ADEO Services is committed to greater diversity and inclusion, with an agreement in place as well as a disability mission, we support our (future) employees in adapting their workstations to their needs.
