The CRM & Product Department is responsible for the creation, segmentation, execution of campaigns sent out to Casino and Live Casino customers; as well as the reporting on our main Casino product KPIs. Purpose of the role: The Casino CRM & Product Executive is responsible for executing the CRM and Product Strategy to increase customer lifetime value across the Betway product, mainly focusing on Casino Online product and strategy. You will be responsible for the success of our game titles (Casino providers) by supporting the overall casino strategy, as well as helping to grow the CRM programme across Spain. The position holder will be involved in collaborating cross-functionally with Casino Global team, Country Management, Acquisition, Product, Integrations, Creative and Analytics teams as part of an aligned regional strategy. This role revolves around the use of technology and data to improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns. Thinking strategically, rather than tactically, you'll drive the quality and profitability of a specific set of Slots, Table Games and Live Dealer products. As mentioned, the role will be heavily focused on the Casino products (Slots, Roulettes, Live Dealer roulettes) and Marketing delivery communications in the area of Lifecycle, Compliance, AML, KYC, but with the scope to test and learn on all campaign types and products. You will be responsible for: Supporting and enhancing the overall casino activity.Managing a range of communication tools – email, SMS, push notification, in-app messaging, landing pages.Utilizing data-driven insights and market research to increase the value of our Casino products, enhancing player engagement and retention through content updates, initiatives, and loyalty programs.Collaborating with the Compliance team to ensure all products meet the required jurisdictional compliance whilst maintaining consideration of responsible gambling.Managing projects with involvement in all Retention and Marketing processes from planning to execution and reporting
