As a Casino Coordinator within our Casino team, you will report to the Head of Casino and be part of a team of 3, dedicated to optimizing game offerings through analyzing game performance and dealing with game suppliers on a regular basis.Responsibilities:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key games suppliers to provide games content and marketing support for our operation and players.Optimize product offerings, including max exposure, game selection and positioning, and new layouts.Collaborate closely with game suppliers and account managers to ensure superior experiences for our most engaged player groups.Analyze the performance of our games portfolio, identify popular games and target segments, and recommend revenue-maximizing strategies based on performance data.Support the product team in delivering related products and provide insights to guide the development roadmap.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, monitor regulatory changes, and make business recommendations for adaptation.Foster strong relationships and collaborations with relevant stakeholders in other teams.Requirements:Previous experience in the casino industry.Experience working with third-party suppliers.Industry knowledge and insight.Commercial awareness.Organized, methodical, and able to multitask.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Experience working in a delivery-focused environment.Strong attention to detail.
