Cashier - Temporary

The mission of this role is processing payments, balancing cash, counting money, and recording expenses for each customer, using a computerized cashiering system, issuing receipts, and keeping track of all cash and card transactions.

Cashiers will also be responsible for promoting the shop's products and providing accurate information about services to customers.

Customer Service:

Process money transfer orders and foreign exchange with speed, accuracy, and tact.

Provide information about services to customers.

Resolve order incidences working together with the Customer Service department.

Till Organization, Controls, and Compliance:

Organize the level of stocks and balance his/her own till quickly and without mistakes.

Be always present at the assigned counter position when on duty to serve customers.

Keep the till ordered at all times.

Check daily reports.

Implement the Company established procedures to accomplish regulations, AML, and Security in the Workplace.

Business Orientation:

Maximize daily foreign exchange revenues.

Promote and sell pro-actively all products offered by the Company.

Maximize cross-selling opportunities.

Be fluent in English and Spanish.

Good communication skills.

MS Office proficiency.

Minimum 6 months cash-handling experience is required.

One year of work experience in customer service and/or cashier positions.

Customer service and commercial focus is essential.
