As a Cash Collection Topic Expert, your main role will be to improve our operational internal processes to help our team reduce the debt generated by restaurants. Dedicated to the Cash Collection team, you will work in close collaboration with our operational team leaders and other internal stakeholders.
What you will do:Give support both locally and globally to your teammates on customer requests they don't know how to handle.Share best practices with your teammates and be the go-to person for process clarifications.Contribute to onboarding new hires.Create templates and macros in Salesforce.Escalate training needs and provide quality feedback to Team Leaders. Who you are:A team player with leadership skills.High technical and soft skills.Experience in Cash Collection.Knowledge of Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel.Self-motivated and an autonomous learner.Quality and efficiency focused and used to managing stressful situations.Flexible and adaptable to change.Very fluent in English and Spanish; a third language is appreciated.
