What you'll do The main purpose of the C&B Accountant is responsible for performing a range of banking and accounting activities to support the company's financial operations. This role involves accurately recording transactions, reconciling bank accounts and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. You will be involved in month-end and year-end closings, perform bank and intercompany loan reconciliations. You will also ensure all bank entries are properly posted into our ERPs so we deliver high quality service and advice to our internal customers. Job Responsibilities: Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and journal entries. Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting and financial procedures. Participate in implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives and ad hoc harmonization projects. Analysis and reporting. Provide detailed support to our customers on ad hoc treasury queries. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the shared service center to ensure accurate and timely financial information exchange.
