.We are looking for aCaresphere Academy Manager who wants to consolidate a career being a part of a leading in vitro diagnostic company that has been growing enormously during the last 15 years. As an expert professional in your area, you will be joining our Iberia team near Barcelona.In this role you will:Thought leader: It is intended to position Sysmex in Iberia, especially after the transfer of the Haematology in Spain, as a though leader in all our domains.Effectiveness: With unified and standardized digital training, the efficiency and quality of the training can to a certain extent be decoupled from the Application Specialist.Value: The training is targeted to make the value visible – either by commercializing it on its own, or at least valuing it ("put a price tag") even if it is than given for free.Leads: The educational efforts and thought leadership should result in additional leads.Cross-selling: With an increased contact rate using the digital trainings as an additional channel, it is expected that cross-selling to other business lines is expected to increaseRetention: It is aimed to build a strong community of clients and KOLs with specific Carepshere Academy webinars and through that increase our customer retention.Feedback: Both digital trainings and webinars can give very valuable insight by using the data produced and the feedbacks received from our clients.Development: Especially in the Haematology in Spain we face a underdeveloped customer base due to the lack of focus on this business by the former distributor.
