We are currently looking for Franchise Customer Advisors for Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, and Hungary who would like to work 100% remotely with us to solve a social problem.

• Advising potential caregivers/nurses in the field of 24-hour care.
• Independent customer acquisition through building a local network and generating referrals.
• Presenting applications from patients via the Marta platform with the aim of successful job placement.
• Providing support and advice throughout the entire care assignment to ensure customer satisfaction, including regular satisfaction surveys, mediation in case of problems, and support in any changes.
