Our Technical Support global team consists of passionate problem solvers. In fact, joining us, you will be one of them and your regular activities will include evaluating, setting, and managing customer-reported problems including escalation activities and communications. You'll never stop learning and will be encouraged to bring your best to work every day. Whilst being part of a global team spanning from the US to Europe to Asia Pacific, you will also be able to get hands-on with internal projects that will have a direct impact on our Technical Support teams and ultimately our customers!
Required Qualifications Target degrees include all the STEM faculties, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent. Strong communication skills in Spanish and English – both written and verbal. You're interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology. You're curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do. You're a University student enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating later than February 2026. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of Python, R, SQL, SAS is preferred. Experience with at least one of the following operating systems is preferred: Windows, UNIX, or Linux. General understanding of Windows, Unix, and Linux is required. Internship starting date: April 1st. We can be flexible on start date if your university is on a quarter system. Internships last 6 months in total length.
