The Role Reporting to the General Supervisor, Operational Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the batch plant and support waste management processes at the Cigar Lake Operation. In this role, you will: Be responsible for supervising, mentoring, planning, coordinating and scheduling batch plant operations and project tasks to meet site requirements. Be responsible for supporting waste management processes. Ensure consistent supervisory functionality throughout the department, ensure personnel have the proper equipment and information to properly complete tasks assigned to them in a safe manner and oversee contractors executing work in their respective trades in the area. Identify and develop continual improvement projects to support the needs of the operation to achieve the safety, environment, community, and financial performance goals. Required: Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent Seven years of relevant work experience in heavy industry or industrial environment Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
