The Role Reporting to the general supervisor, maintenance, you will be responsible for leading a team of Instrumentation maintenance tradespeople. In this role, you will: Lead a team of maintenance tradespeople in a way that sustainably maximizes the use of assets. Lead a team of Instrumentation techs that will be responsible for installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Instrumentation devices. Ensure processes are followed, and work with your team to make improvements as opportunities are identified. Coach and develop a team of problem solvers. Required: Valid interprovincial journeyperson or an Instrumentation Technologist diploma. 10 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent. Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered. Strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills. Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft. Recommended: Previous supervisory experience. A Saskatchewan supervisory certificate. First aid certificate. Previous working experience using SAP. Conditions of Employment: Substance Test.
