Key Lake, located in northern Saskatchewan, is the world's largest high-grade uranium mill. The uranium milled at Key Lake is used for nuclear fuel products, which utilities around the world rely on to generate safe, reliable, emissions-free nuclear power. The Role
Reporting to the general supervisor, maintenance, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical maintenance tradespeople in a way that sustainably maximizes the use of assets.
In this role, you will:
Promote safety awareness
Ensure processes are followed
Lead a team of maintenance electricians, keeping training up to date, completing assigned work and working towards continuous improvement daily
Coach and develop a team of problem solvers
Required:
Valid Saskatchewan or interprovincial journeyperson certification or a technical diploma in a related discipline
10 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent
Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills
Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
Recommended:
A Saskatchewan supervisory certificate
First aid certificate
Previous working experience using SAP, Sigga and Bentley

Safety Sensitive Site
Preference will be given to Residents of Saskatchewan's North (RSN).
The Key Lake operation is located in northern Saskatchewan and operates on a two week on/two week off rotational schedule. Employees commute to the site by aircraft from designated locations in Saskatchewan.
