The Role This position is responsible for leading administrative support activities onsite through the effective supervision and coordination of clerical staff in various areas of responsibility and providing support to the site management team. In this role, you will be: Responsible for the planning and delivery of flight schedules in coordination with corporate flight desk, site HR and contractor managers. Supervision and coordination of the clerical group's activities, which include flight logistics, timecards, and work order administration. Provide training and guidance as well as coverage when required for any clerical responsibilities. Generate time reports and conduct timecard audits to ensure accuracy of a bi-weekly payroll. Coordinate and organize meetings, including the compiling and distribution of reports, taking minutes and travel arrangement. Provide administrative support and coverage to the human resource team. Action various reporting requests and other administrative assignments as required. Required: Certificate in business or office administration. Minimum five years administrative experience. Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid class 5 driver's license. Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft. Recommended: Previous supervisory experience. Previous experience within a unionized workforce.
