In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all our northern Saskatchewan operations.In this role, you will:Manage inventory materials by generating reports, analyzing data, consulting with subject matter experts on corrective actions, and making decisions. Create and manage requests for changes.Inform purchasing to cancel orders, changes to material data, reducing inventory, and returns to vendors. Maintain records and provide data reports to stakeholders.Coordinate and manage site activities such as training, identification of surplus and obsolete inventory, and updating all material data.Analyze various statistical reports, problem solve, and make recommended decisions.Create material master for project materials. This involves coordination with Asset Management and Procurement Team.Required:Enrolled in a two-year diploma program in materials management or accounting and will be returning to school for the academic semester following your work term with Cameco.Strong aptitude for computer applications such as databases or Excel.Recommended:Bachelor's degree in Commerce majoring in accounting, supply chain, or management will be considered an asset.This is an 8-month full-time temporary student term, starting May 2025 until the end of December 2025. Possibility for extension up to 12 months.Interviews will take place in January 2025
