You will have the opportunity to work remote in this position. However, there may be the need for intermittent meetings in the Saskatoon office/travel to site. The details of this flex work arrangement will be discussed with you in the recruitment process.
In this role, you will: Be responsible for the development and execution of a strategic vendor management plan for Cameco's vendor base. Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will identify business requirements for vendor management and conduct on-going monitoring, analysis and performance management to ensure compliance. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and make updates to vendor scorecards and other tools to enhance vendor tracking and performance. Be responsible for ensuring vendor data is maintained and up to date and provide support for individual contractor data management. Responsible for overseeing the management of vendors within ISNetworld, ensuring compliance to safety, quality, and financial requirements and addressing non-conformances.
