Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to energize a clean-air world.The RoleAs a member of the maintenance planning team, reporting to the senior planner, you will be committed to helping McArthur River reach reliability excellence. You will build relationships and work closely with maintenance supervisors and trades personnel, focusing on a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and digital transformation.In this role, you will:Generate and coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual schedulesGenerate and coordinate site shutdownsDevelop complete work order packages, manage material, labour availability and deliveryDevelop repair plans, optimize maintenance plans to improve maintenance activitiesMaximize equipment availability and maintenance worker efficiencyContribute to asset reliability through various continual improvement effortsCreate and modify work plans to ensure preventive and predictive maintenance efficienciesBe responsible for backlog management, reporting and follow upAssist with bills of materials and equipment data, preparing reports and scheduling supportFacilitate daily and weekly schedule meetingsRequired:Valid Saskatchewan or interprovincial journeyperson trade certificate as an Electrician or Instrumentation TechnologistA minimum of five years maintenance scheduling and planning experience in a mine settingEquivalent combination of education and work experience consideredStrong computer and technical skillsEffective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills, working with various levels in the organizationExperience with SAPWork a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft.Recommended:Previous maintenance planning, coordinating and/or scheduling experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
