The Role Reporting into the supply chain department director accountable for supply chain governance and enablement, this position is located at the Saskatoon Corporate office. Cameco is looking for a motivated, team-oriented professional who values integrity, safety and the environment and strives to incorporate those values into their everyday achievements. In this role, you will: Be responsible for the governance processes associated with the supply chain management system (SCMS), including but not limited to, facilitating the department's annual planning process, monitoring compliance to requirements, managing the department's risk management process, ensuring relevant SCM functional KPI reporting and oversight of the department's documentation and event reporting processes per corporate standards. Ensures that the enterprise systems used by SCM personnel, and their stakeholders are effectively enabled and supported to ensure effective use of the systems in the respective areas of the company. Facilitates the SCM continual improvement process with subject matter experts from the respective functional units, and manages investigation and delivery of improvement initiatives, often digital, per corporate processes. Ensures the reliability of vendor data in S4 with respect to quality specifications of material technical owners
