The lead planner/scheduler oversees a team of planners responsible for planning and scheduling of all preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance activities at the conversion facility to ensure the most efficient and effective utilization of maintenance resources and equipment. A key focus of this team is to drive a culture of reliability.
