Education and Qualifications Requirements of the position:
Post-secondary diploma (technician or technologist) in environmental, chemical or biotechnologyExcellent working knowledge of good laboratory practices (GLP) and representative sampling techniques4 years experience in an analytical laboratory involving techniques such as spectrophotometry, ICP-MS, X-ray fluorescence, high accuracy volumetric and gravimetric procedures is preferred. Must have working knowledge of current instrumental analysisPerform equipment and instrument calibrations according to establish proceduresEnsure that documentation is complete in every aspect and all results are entered into the electronic laboratory information management system (LIMS)Ensures full compliance with the company's health & safety and housekeeping policiesClear background checkAssets:
