Reporting to the Sr. Coordinator, UF6 Production, this position will be a key member of the UF6 production team and responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership to production supervisors and operators.
Position and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide direction and guidance to ensure that planning is in place to achieve safety, production, environmental, and housekeeping objectives.
Coordinate all plant maintenance activities, ensuring proper clearance for safe work by the trades.
Manage relations within the UF6 production team, including salary and hourly employees.
Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
Post-secondary technical degree/diploma specializing in mechanical/chemical engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, along with proven leadership ability.
Proven ability to achieve results.
Demonstrates safe work practices along with sound judgment.
Clear background check.
Assets:
Good understanding of the UF6 process and Building 50.
SAP experience.
Knowledge of the CBA.
Familiar with Lean concepts.
