You will provide direction to your team to ensure objectives for safety, environmental protection, and housekeeping are met. You are responsible for planning and organizing activities for supervisors and operators in the materials handling and waste management departments, establishing department priorities, budget preparation and financial reporting, managing the day-to-day operations within the two departments, oversight of operator training, as well as supporting the development of work instructions.
