This is the perfect role for an existing Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator or Senior Carer looking to progress their career with a progressive and supportive company. The role focuses on two key areas – Carers and Customers, but most importantly it is an enjoyable and varied position that provides a perfect balance between working in the office and within customer's homes. Supporting Customers: The Care Supervisor is responsible for making sure customers receive excellent quality care and support to help them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. This role is about being a professional and friendly face who wants to understand customers and form a rapport with them.
