Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Supporting with meal preparation and medication administration. Providing companionship and emotional support. Assisting customers with mobility and daily activities. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure person-centred care is provided at all times. Our care assistants work 7am-2pm & 4pm-10pm shift patterns. There is a requirement to be flexible to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including alternate weekends (both Saturday and Sunday). What We Offer: Competitive Hourly Rate: £14.70 up to £25.73 per hour (contact time). PAID Mileage/Travel Time: 45p per mile mileage & paid travel time ON TOP of hourly rate.
