You will deliver high-quality support and care tailored to people's needs. You will promote our customer's dignity, independence, and individuality. You will support customers with their personal care needs including showering/bathing/dressing/toileting/continence. You will provide comfort and companionship. You will assist with household tasks and meal preparation. You will undertake observations on those you support and will document this as necessary in their care plans.
