CARD OPERATIONS SPECIALISTSBanking Operations - OpenbankCountry: SpainMission and Responsibilities:We are looking for different Card Operations Specialists with varying levels of seniority to join the card team in the new branded credit card project.The main tasks of this position will include:Incident management.SLA control.Implementation of card projects.Review of VISA and MC changes.Support for the Control Model team.Access management for operating equipment, documentation control, manuals, regulatory changes.Monthly reviews with the partner, reporting of KPIs, search for improvements and efficiencies in current flows.Collaboration with the IT team - cards and fraud and disputes.Budget management.To be successful in the role, you must have:Experience from other projects related to cards and fraud (3-4 years).Knowledge of the world of debit and credit cards, payment processing, Redsys, VISA, MC.Knowledge of payment methods, credit card flows, card settlements process.German language B1-B2.Studies related to Business Administration, Law or Engineering.What do we offer?Joining a dynamic and agile company undergoing international expansion.Working in start-up mode with the support of the Santander Group.Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package.Possibility of growth within the company and the Group.Collaborating on international projects in different countries.Excellent work environment, social clubs and frequent events.Would you like to grow with us?
