Previous charter experience is a plus. Must have good engineering knowledge. The Stewardess/Cook should be passionate and confident in both roles, needs sailing experience, and have a passion for the sea. Family style cooking, no silver service, plated style.The boat will be used 80% as Private and 20% as Charter. Family-owned boat normally has 6 adults on board. Owners are active and passionate sailors.
