With 50 years' experience, it owns and operates more than 60 parks across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia.We are currently looking for a:Capex ControllerRoles & Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Capex Management: Oversee the planning, budgeting, forecasting and monitoring of capital expenditures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and financial strategies.Capex Payments: Oversee the planning, budgeting, forecasting and monitoring of capital payments to ensure alignment with liquidity goals and financial strategies.Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting on Capex projects, including cost-benefit analysis, return on investment (ROI), and variance analysis.Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain Capex budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations related to Capex management.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, parks and project management, to gather and analyze Capex requirements and provide financial insights.Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive Capex reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in Capex management.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on Capex management or financial analysis.Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Do not miss the chance to spark your career now!
