Descripción: GROUP ALLIANCE is actively seeking an experienced CAPEX Buyer to join a premier company situated on the left bank of Biscay.This role is pivotal for an ambitious industrial initiative aimed at facilitating an energetic transition.The selected candidate will play a critical role in spearheading the strategic procurement processes essential for the project's success.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Procurement Leadership: Lead and oversee the strategic acquisition process for our energetic transition project. This involves close collaboration with a project team to ensure seamless integration from strategy development through to execution. Key phases include: 1. Design comprehensive purchasing strategies.Meticulous selection of suppliers based on rigorous criteria.Efficient management of the tendering process to meet predefined objectives.Essential Qualifications: Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in comparable industrial or business projects.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, capable of engaging at a corporate and business level.Technical Proficiency: High level of competence with Microsoft Office suite.
