Capacity Management Planner: About TMC TMC (Telemedicine Clinic) pioneered teleradiology services in Europe when it was founded in 2002 and has since become a vital partner for more than 130 radiology departments in the UK, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.

In addition to our radiology reporting service, TMC offers radiology reporting services, IT infrastructure, software to its hospital clients, and training for radiologists (TMC Academy).

Mission Position: The mission of the Capacity Management team is to manage the capacity (doctors) in a way to ensure TMC can deliver an excellent service and good TAT (Turnaround Times) to our clients.
The team acts as the link between the Market and Medical teams to make sure forecast and demand are aligned and raises service delivery concerns accordingly.
Mission Department and Organisational Context: The goal of Capacity Management is to schedule the radiologists and assign the cases to them so TMC can deliver a service according to the needs of the clients smoothly, efficiently, and correctly, within set TAT and with a focus on ATA (Accessibility, Turnaround Times, Accuracy) to ensure client satisfaction.
The position is located in Barcelona.
The Capacity Management Planner reports to the Operations Manager.
In the absence of this profile, the Capacity Management Planner reports to the Capacity Management Coordinator.
Role and Responsibilities: Manage the scheduling of our doctors Manage the vacation planning of our doctors Case assignment and control Flag capacity concerns to the Business Units Manage ad-hoc volume requests from clients General: Keep the doctor contact and distribution lists up to date Participate in the induction process of new doctors Participate in Gap Analysis meetings with TMC Heads of Section Ensure audits are performed as per set quality guidelines Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills: Experience: Previous experience in a similar role for at least one year Language: Fluent in English is a must, both written and verbal.
Swedish or Danish language skills are a big plus MS Office: Advanced level of Excel Required Role-Based Competences: Team Player: You show reliability and trust toward other colleagues; you demonstrate open and honest communication within the team whilst fostering a committed and positive working environment; you are collaborative within all aspects of the workplace.

Technical Know-How: You adopt quickly to new software and learn how to identify systems connectivity; you are able to see the bigger picture around a technical setup; you have an analytical mindset.
