The team acts as the link between the Market and Medical teams to make sure forecast and demand are aligned and raises service delivery concerns accordingly.Mission Department and Organisational Context: The goal of Capacity Management is to schedule the radiologists and assign the cases to them so TMC can deliver a service according to the needs of the clients smoothly, efficiently, and correctly, within set TAT and with a focus on ATA (Accessibility, Turnaround Times, Accuracy) to ensure client satisfaction.
