In the post-digital transformation era, we strive to ensure that each of our 28,000 professionals can continuously renew themselves by positively embracing their own digital flow.Each of them can design their professional journey according to their preferences, collaborate with clients to practically build a more positive world, innovate in any of the 27 countries we operate in, and balance their career with personal well-being.Our 28,000 digital athletes are proud to have been certified as a Top Employer Europe 2024.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Analyst to join the "Center of Expertise," with the responsibility of coordinating and optimizing the implementation of the process automation platform from an IT perspective.We are seeking a candidate with experience in business analysis, process automation, and solution integration, with a particular focus on platforms such as Camunda 8.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Corporate IT Automation team, including:IT Project Manager: project management.Solution Architect: solution design (focused on operations; the build phase is managed by PF Enterprise Architecture).Work closely with the Center of Expertise, which provides:Enablement and technical support.Technical frameworks and training so that PF entities can design, implement, and manage their automation processes.Process automation analytics.Third-party Integration (Camunda Integrator): ensure the technical integration of Camunda 8 in collaboration with the team, ideally maintaining geographical proximity to the Center of Expertise for better coordination.QualificationsStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in creating BPMN models using a BPM platform.Proven experience in creating and delivering management reports, as well as defining and tracking KPIs.Familiarity with the Camunda platform (v7 or v8) is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.Understanding of business processes in the financial services or banking industry is a plus.Knowledge of BNPP Group or BNPP PF business processes is an added advantage.Additional InformationEnglish level B2 or higher.
