This is what you will do:
Selecting and planning campaigns for various channels, including emails and banners. Maintaining daily, intensive communication with advertisers, marketing agencies, and affiliated networks to forge new sales deals. Acquiring new advertisers to expand the network. Analysing campaign results to optimise future outcomes. Identifying new opportunities and strategies to increase the membership base. Taking the initiative to connect with potential partners through phone calls, emails, social media, and presentations. Requirements 1+ years of work experience in the affiliate/performance marketing industry in a similar role. Creative and innovative thinking with the ability to proactively drive business. Business level Spanish and English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous. Excellent verbal communication skills, flexibility, positive attitude, and a passion for deal-closing.
