Purpose of the Role As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will partner with a portfolio of new clients to help them launch their first online advertising campaigns, making a significant impact on their business.
You'll work in a target-driven atmosphere, focusing on individual and team goals.
Responsibilities Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers.
Understand and identify customer needs and objectives.
Drive campaign spend, upsell opportunities, and ensure sustainability.
Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.
Requirements Preferred Skills and Experience: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective pitching and proposal writing.
Good time management skills to organize daily tasks efficiently.
Strong analytical abilities.
Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goal ownership.
Team player, adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Proficiency in German (C2 level) and a high level of English.

Competitive salary: 23,876 gross/year + up to 3,408 gross/year in bonuses.
