As part of the Influencer Marketing - Managed Services team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers' influencer campaigns run smoothly and to their satisfaction.
Responsibilities Client onboarding - Accompany your clients from their onboarding to the distribution and analysis of their campaigns.
Building a relationship of trust with your clients to better understand their needs.
Creating briefs and publishing campaigns - Monitor the performance of influencer campaigns to ensure their success.
Daily management (influencer communication, bug reports, etc.) - Be a driving force behind the development of our internal processes and tools.
Prioritize customer requests according to the level of urgency and priority.
Supervise a dedicated operational team.
Sourcing and creating a list of niche influencers.
Keeping abreast of trends and initiatives of market players.
Logistical follow-up of orders to influencers.
Participation in quarterly reviews.
Requirements You have a degree in communication and advertising and are organized, autonomous, curious, and proactive. You have a good knowledge of the social networking ecosystem and a first experience required, ideally as a project manager in an agency. If you know everything there is to know about social networking trends, if Instagram and TikTok hold no secrets for you, and if you want to be part of a young, dynamic team, this is the job for you.
