This includes a wide range of activities such as captivating events, direct marketing campaigns, and e-marketing campaigns.Your goal is to boost company awareness and generate a qualified sales pipeline to support the company's annual revenue goals.Key Responsibilities :Budget Management : You'll masterfully manage the regional demand generation budget to ensure it aligns with our revenue and cost goals.Strategic Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the regional VP of Sales to develop strategic ideas and plans that will drive business revenue growth.Campaign Briefs : Create comprehensive campaign briefs for our Shared Services Demand Gen Teams for Digital Marketing and Content & Design.KPI Definition : Define KPI goals to drive product revenue through new customer acquisition and help grow the existing customer base through cross-sell and upsell strategies.Global Campaigns : Work with DG Leaders globally to develop and define campaigns for global solutions, considering regional needs.Target Identification : Identify target companies, personas, and segments to align with go-to-market plans.Performance Analysis : Regularly review campaign performance based on KPIs to improve performance and conversion rates.Partnership Coordination : Coordinate joint partner events, webinars, and tradeshows to drive leads and pipeline.Vendor and Platform Identification : Identify regional-specific vendors and platforms to create new leads.Additional Responsibilities : Take on other responsibilities and key result areas as required or assigned.Skills & Experience :Continuous Learning : Dedicated to continuous learning and improvement, with a strong ability to grasp new information and master business, technical, or functional knowledge.Clear Communication : Expresses ideas clearly in well-organized, structured documents that are grammatically correct, with terminology adjusted to the characteristics and needs of the audience.Adaptability : Open to change and new information, and can adapt behavior and work methods in response to new information, changing conditions, or obstacles.Communication Skills : Establishes systems and schedules to communicate the progress of work or projects with all appropriate parties.Accountability : Makes and keeps commitments, meets schedules and deadlines, and completes assignments, projects, and goals within the allotted timeframe and budget
