Context
As part of our growth and following the integration of the various Skeepers solutions, our campaign managers play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction. They support clients in launching online marketing campaigns and ensure the effective distribution of UGC. At the same time, we aim to optimize our internal processes to improve collaboration flow.
Your Manager and Team
You will join a team of 9 people, managed by Helline, in the Client department. Working in the Campaign management team means that you are someone with soft skills such as discipline and clear communication. Also, keep in mind that team spirit and mutual support are core values of the team.
Responsibilities: Client onboardingSupport your clients from their onboarding to the distribution and analysis of their campaigns.Building a relationship of trust with your clients to better understand their needs.Creating briefs and publishing campaignsMonitor the performance of influencer campaigns to ensure their success.Manage the campaign for the customer: setup, follow-up, recommendation, analysis of key indicators.Daily management (influencer communication, bug reports, etc.)Be a driving force behind the development of our internal processes and tools.Prioritise customer requests according to the level of urgency and priority.Supervise a dedicated operational teamSourcing and creating a list of niche influencersKeeping abreast of trends and initiatives of market playersLogistical follow-up of orders to influencers.Participation in quarterly reviewsRequirements:
You have a degree in communication and advertising and are organized, autonomous, curious, and proactive. You have a good knowledge of the social networking ecosystem + a first experience required, ideally as a project manager in an agency. If you know everything there is to know about social networking trends, if Instagram and TikTok hold no secrets for you, and if you want to be part of a young, dynamic team, this is the job for you.
