They support clients in launching online marketing campaigns and ensure the effective distribution of UGC. Working in the Campaign management team means that you are someone with soft skills such as discipline and clear communication. Also, keep in mind that team spirit and mutual support are core values of the team.Responsibilities: Client onboarding Support your clients from their onboarding to the distribution and analysis of their campaigns. Building a relationship of trust with your clients to better understand their needs. Creating briefs and publishing campaigns Monitor the performance of influencer campaigns to ensure their success. Manage the campaign for the customer: setup, follow-up, recommendation, analysis of key indicators. Daily management (influencer communication, bug reports, etc.) Be a driving force behind the development of our internal processes and tools. Prioritize customer requests according to the level of urgency and priority. Supervise a dedicated operational team. Sourcing and creating a list of niche influencers. Keeping abreast of trends and initiatives of market players. Logistical follow-up Logistical follow-up of orders to influencers. Participation in quarterly reviews You have a degree in communication and advertising and are organized, autonomous, curious, and proactive.
