The Team:
The Campaign team is part of the Integrated Marketing team and works in close partnership with cross-functional colleagues including the broader go-to-market organization and marketing teams to devise, build, and execute integrated marketing campaigns and structured programs to drive awareness, generate, and accelerate pipeline.
The Role: Reporting to the Director, Global Campaigns, the Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning and executing both global and regional marketing initiatives across the full buyer's journey:
1: Planning, building, and executing global integrated marketing campaigns that enable field sales, partner, and marketing teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. (70% of role)
2: Localizing and adapting regional campaigns to achieve France's regional demand generation goals. (30% of role)
The work you'll do:
Develop and deliver integrated global marketing campaigns that support business objectives and fuel established growth KPIs- planning, creating, testing optimization, analysis, and reporting on results.
Managing the creation and activation of global and French campaign assets, tools, and targeted content including infographics, ebooks, articles, blogs, videos, and other customer-facing materials to build awareness, drive demand generation, and arm the GTM teams.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute global and regional digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email, programmatic ads, influencer marketing, etc)
Create and maintain global and local language email nurture campaigns in partnership with content and email marketing teams
Partner with marketing operations to define, report, and interpret campaign results. Leveraging analytical insights to drive effective decisions and corrective action.
Collaborate with cross-functional peers in field marketing, partner marketing, content, PR and communications, digital marketing, and product marketing, as well as sales and business development teams.
The qualifications you need:
Minimum of 5+ years of related demand generation or marketing experience; in the tech industry preferred
Proven experience building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns based on a foundation of data and analysis; optimizing reach, awareness, and nurture, and adjusting for optimization
Experience working with cross-functional teams and agencies to localize campaigns
Strong project management skills including production schedules, stakeholder coordination, budgets, and agency/vendor oversight with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
French native level, Fluent in English
Strong presentation skills and confidence in communicating with cross-functional leaders
