The Alpega Group is looking for one experienced Campaign Manager. This role will be part of the marketing organization at Alpega.

As a Campaign Manager in our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the acquisition and retention of customers for our Carrier subscription-based SaaS business. With a focus on rapid sales velocity, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that move prospects through the funnel quickly, converting inbound leads into loyal customers within an average of 1-2-week sales cycle.

ABOUT THE ROLE Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to attract, engage, and convert inbound leads efficiently. Leverage data-driven insights to craft compelling messaging and optimize channels for maximum impact. Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Create automated workflows and personalized touchpoints that nurture leads through the sales funnel, with a strong emphasis on accelerating the time from initial interest to conversion within our 1-2-week target. Retention & Upsell Initiatives: Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to design campaigns that enhance customer retention, reduce churn, and identify upsell opportunities, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and value. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and customer lifetime value. Continuously test, refine, and optimize campaigns to drive improved outcomes. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to align campaign strategies with business goals, customer feedback, and market trends, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach to customer acquisition and retention. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviours to proactively identify opportunities for differentiation and growth in our campaigns. WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years working on high velocity campaigns. Proven experience in campaign management, preferably in a SaaS environment with a focus on quick sales cycles. Strong command of the English language. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, paid search, and content marketing. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach to campaign development.
