What You'll Do: Custom Support for Growth's highest spending clients in collaboration with the Account Strategist of the accounts.
You develop your knowledge on an ongoing basis and contribute to the growth of accounts.Monitoring, optimizing & reporting campaign performances to advertisers and media agencies.End-to-end optimisation of campaign budgets, technical set-ups reviews, and creative reviews to exceed client objectives.Internal administrative tasks: submit, request & follow up with support teams (Finance, Data Analysts, Technical Solutions, Creative Designers, Go-to-market/Product team).Helping the CM team identify optimisation opportunities within the current existing business portfolio (technical and strategic reviews).Contribute to the Campaign Management team's success by improving tools and internal processes: you will take part in the creation of tools to automate and improve certain tasks (Ex: monitoring of performance, identifying opportunities) as well as running campaign health checks at scale.Attend a wide range of trainings to develop skills, including dedicated onboarding training and team lead support for development and coaching.Who You Are: You already completed an internship in sales and client service, ideally in a tech-related field.Business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key.Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment.Analytical skills and attention to detail to explore product performances and explain any recommendations made.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills across all levels of interlocutors.Fluent in English both spoken and written.
