At ING we are looking for Campaign Management Expert Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Campaign Management Expert to join our Campaigns Team of Customer Interactions Tribe.
The responsibility of this team is to implement our new communications platform with Adobe that will allow us to gain efficiency, scalability and hyper-personalization capabilities.
Your key responsibilities: As a Campaign Management Expert, you will: Develop new functional capabilities to have a more efficient and scalable comms E2E platform with Adobe.
Ensure a hyper personalization strategy to accelerate the customer experience and customer development results.
Ensure alignment with all the stakeholders involved in the engagement funnel (Customer Comms Strategy Area, Marketing, Everyday Engagement & Assisted Channels).
Be an expert in campaign management tools: Adobe.
Work with the technical teams and provide them the business requirements and the functional support required.
Consider the data and have a deep understanding of the customer journeys, analyzing them and using the most appropriate communication through the different existing channels.
Supervise the communications to measure their effectiveness and the value added for our clients, identify improvements needed, and propose solutions in a continuous feedback cycle.

Experience implementing Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, specifically in Adobe Journey Optimizer and RTCDP.
Focus on delivery, through collaboration.
Ability to work with internal clients and stakeholders analyzing the impact of each communication/use case proposed and measuring their value.
Able to work and understand a complex environment, has a global overview of the strategy and generates simple and scalable solutions.
Teamwork enthusiast.
Flexible and willing to work in a multidisciplinary environment with the rest of the company.
Advanced level of English and desire to join an international environment.
Passionate about challenges and takes on the challenges of stakeholders as their own.
Knowledge of Agile Way of Working and its delivery framework.
